Hi! I’m Kellie — I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, group fitness coach, and a big believer that movement should make you feel strong, not stressed.
I currently teach group classes a few times a week while working 1:1 with clients who want to build strength, feel better in their bodies, and find a routine that actually sticks.
Before I ever stepped into a coaching role, I was (and still am) working full-time as a graphic designer. But before that, I was a dancer. I spent countless hours in the studio growing up, and somewhere along the way, I also joined my school's powerlifting team. I was lucky to grow up in a community where strength training wasn’t just reserved for the boys—it was encouraged for everyone. I still remember learning proper squat, hang-clean and deadlift form with a PVC pipe at thirteen, long before I ever picked up a barbell. That early blend of movement through dance and strength through lifting showed me just how deeply connected the mind and body really are. It’s a connection I’ve carried with me ever since—and one I bring into every class and training session I lead.
Now, I blend everything I’ve learned — from the rhythm of dance to the structure of strength training — into a fitness experience that’s real, supportive, and made for people who want to be strong & confident — in and outside of the gym.
